Help games and apps paid for are GONE

Kindle FIRE 7" HD got dereg'ed & reset [ lost parnetal password ], same account info was used on setup. Yet on the device and on the Amazon website there is NOTHING, all the games and apps paid for are GONE.

IVe read over and over where people say to look[ CLOUD n websit], ITS ALL EMPTY, a little girl is going to have a melt down when she find this out.

Even tried to grab things I know she had, like the first game she bought was minecraft, they want another $6.99 to download it.

the amazon website is suppose to hold this info forever,

turns out you shouldn't even let a 13yr old set up a kindle, GF had her son do it on xmas day, he used a fake email address no one owned. Not his like he claimed. I was luckily able to claim ownership of said gmail and get everything back.
