Apps Games Development in Android

I am new to Android development.I want to develop games in android. I would like to know where to start as i am a beginner.Also suggest what is the best to use that is Flash or Open GL ES. Please help........

Google "Hello, Android: Introducing Google's Mobile Development Platform" , this book is a good start to develop android apps and games. Also there is an chapter about opengl on android.
