Games with crafting

So one thing that can really draw me into a game is an in-depth or fun crafting system. But sadly, searching the store yields minecraft and minecraft clones. I'd honestly be happy blacksmithing or making potions as the entirety of the game. By that I mean literally heating metal, forming and tempering it. A game with a good crafting system like minecraft would be nice or something in an rpg game.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
 
yes I have. it plays like hot butter in the feezer on a touch screen. I bought it a while back and it's just not playable. if you read my first post I'm not looking for minecraft I'm looking for games with extensive and in depth crafting systems. meaning that they may or may not be the focus of the game. I am certainly not looking for a buggy triple town.

Terraria plays wonderfully on my tablet, not so easy on a smaller screen but there you go.,,
 
Hello, I have developed a crafting system for mobile devices and have game mechanics such as tree chopping, melee attacks, ranged attacks, and a rust like building system. However I have not developed the graphics yet, would you guys like too see an island survival? Siberian survival? Please let me know and thanks for your time.

This is a RTS game but with a rich crafting system. For example: If you want to make a soldier first you need do get coal and iron ore, make iron ingot, then make a sword. Dont forget of feed the miners.
 
Try "Crashlands" a very nice Survival RPG! Provides a lot of crafting fun! It is a paid game though! But worth to recommend!
 
I've been keeping half an eye on crashlands, does not quite attract me yet. I also noticed all their other games are pay to play, so would not be surprised if they added this with a later update.
 
It is definitely an option that they will provide further content for paying. But I have to say I played it a lot and I paid the 4,99 gladly. It offers lots of content for this money and I wouldn't mind paying more for new content. No IAPs no nothing! It is not pay to play at all!
