Games with good graphics?

If you don't mind the rampant in-app purchases, the Gameloft games tend to look really good. If you like platformers, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (both episodes) and Rayman Jungle Run/Fiesta Run look as good as their console counterparts, and that's saying something.

I play GT racing 2 on my LG G2 and coming from playing RR3 on my iPhone 5 the graphics blow it away. The comparison is simply opinion but no denying that GT racing 2 has byfar some of the best graphics on the play store hands down

I won't deny that, but it barely runs on the Nexus 10. RR3 looks like crap but runs, at least, and has more sensible IAP pricing (though neither really is 'affordable'. Seriously. Just give me a $20 "unlock all the things" option, or a permanent money boost for $10, SOMETHING.

Real Racing 3, Asphalt 8, Modern Combat 4 (and soon 5), Dead Trigger 2, Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City (San Andreas if it's available on your device), NOVA 3, Dead Effect, Galaxy on Fire 2 HD, The Dark Knight Rises, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Wild Blood, Gangstar Vegas and Riptide GP are just some...

Interesting that no one mentioned a great little game called EPOCH :D

Not by far the greatest graphics, but beautiful and game is awesome :D

Modern Combat 4, Gangstar Vegas are awesome games by Gameloft.

They look decent on the right device but they run like crap, one day Gameloft might figure out how to optimize a game so it's actually enjoyable to play and not a constant battle against bad controls and poor framerates.

I don't know what you mean by good graphics but Depths has kind of a diferent style from most Android games, and the quality is pretty decent!

Real Racing 3 still looks utter crap on Android. it also forces you to do all repairs after each race (it deducts the price after each one). a shame as i liked having the choice and got to experience the way a damaged car handled which added to the realism, and sometimes minor damages (shattered windshield, missing hood) were not able to affect racing enough to spend the R$ on them. but they now took that away. shame.

Real Racing 2 is a payware title, which, like most payware titles has had superior development. made by the same FireMonkeys team, but with the graphics being well-done, and no ads, no in-app purchases forced and the options are not removed in later versions. does not require internet to play either. Play Store claims it is not compatible with my Nexus 10 (odd since the newer one installs, but looks like crap) but it seems to work fine on my Galaxy Note 2014 edition tablet. try wrapping your finger around that one. Google has been so inconsistent and unsupportive of their Nexus line (remember the Nexus Q? how about the Nexus 5 getting all the KitKat goodies but none of them are on the 10 or 7?) they have become invalidated and the Nexus devices i do own got shelved permanently.

I won't sorely miss my Nexus 10 now that I have a 1080p device instead, to be honest. RR3 looks infinitely better now, too. I, too, miss optional repairs that were done individually

If you like racing games, and water! try Riptide 2. It's pretty damn good looking for a phone game. The water effects, the sense of speed, the colours, the music - everything is just right, you even get water droplets on screen when you're splashing along. Looks like a HD console game.

I just got riptide2 for free as a part of amazon app store daily free app give away, just install the app store on your phone, and you can get this game for free, only for today though. I think a game that's been around for a while but still has good sound and graphics is dead space.

Yeah that's where I got it from the other day, from amazon UK. Not sure if the deal is still on. But even if not, it's worth a couple or $/
