Help Gameservice needs update

Thanks, display1214. I've also turned off Previews in pop-ups. I guess this suggests that some software updates from Samsung are pushed to our devices without asking us (this was just a notification, not a request to download if we wanted). The only Samsung app I use is My Files.

As Jack58 and others said, they want the invasion AND the notifications stop. Suspecting Samsung and Oculus, I disabled Samsung Push Service and turned off Notifications from everything related to Oculus (there are several). I have not had a Game Service notification, since. I DID get one notification that Oculus updated IT'S whole system (without asking) so I didn't quite solve the annoyance. (But I do think that the original Oculus install might have started the whole thing). It's amazing that NO ONE at Samsung or Oculus has discussed this.

Any applications including GameService can be blocked/disabled using debloater 3.9 without rooting
