Is there any possible way that I can play gta lcs on it without lags???

Not likely. It's using a cheap lower end CPU and GPU. Dual core Kraits are more powerful than the quad core on that thing.

Nope. Root won't make your device more powerful. It will just open up new features. If you don't want lag, buy a powerful Android tablet, something along the levels of a Galaxy Tab S2.
