I can't, the file is locked, but the name intrigued me. I would be worried about flashing a renamed ICS gapps onto a gingerbread ROM without some input.

What's up with this link ? There's no download bar for this Gapps on mediafire ? I've never seen it like that before usually if a link is bad don't you get an error 404 code ?

It is there. It's password protected that's what's up with it.

Downloading from goo would be a good idea. I used the rootz wik because it provides some explanation as to why you can't flash ICS packages on GB.
