My sister just got a problem with her phone. She tried to install an update from the site of Garmin and since then she cannot open her cellphone. I've tried to hard reset it, but the only thing I get from that is "Wipe UserData" or "USB Polling Mode" with a blue screen. Cannot access it from a computer, it doesn't recognize the device. It's like if it wasn't there. If someone can help, that would be great! Thanks.
