Hi,
I'm running the rooted .595 GB version on my DX. Suddenly, this morning, I'm having no sound during phone calls. I've tried it several times to different numbers and finally had my husband call me. He can hear me just fine but I can't hear him at all either through my earpiece or via the speaker. I've done several reboots, a full power cycle with battery pull and nothing works. Any ideas? I'm in the middle of moving and I have to have my phone working!! Does this sound like a hardware failure? Or something with software? Are there call settings I should take a look at?
If this is a hardware failure, would taking it to a Verizon Store help - meaning would they exchange it for a new/different DX? If that's the route I need to go, what version of Android should be on my phone? I don't want to take in a rooted device running GB.
Though I should say that I've been using it for a couple of weeks without problem.
