Help GB ruined my Thunderbolt

So the i downloaded the OTA GB from verizon and now my phone barely functions. First I couldnt text or call now I have no Data and a practically useless phone. I also had trouble inputing anything into any fields. i called verizon and they had me do a factory reset and that didnt work so now they are sending me a new phone. So its nice they are sending me a new phone (i have a small chip in the housing) but it sucks because i had my phone just the way I liked it.

That sucks big time,i did the update and it made my phone so much better, hopefully when you get your other phone it will function properly
