Root GB Slow Charge Issue

Quick disclaimer, I have searched all over this forum as well as xda forums looking for a final fix to the slow charge issue and haven't found one just yet. If I missed anything, I apologize in advance.

I am aware of the workaround of rebooting the phone in order to get it back to fast charging, however everytime I use the phone, it reverts back to the slow charge.

I am running Gingeritis v1.0 Final and Using Imoseyon's latest GB test kernal 3.1.1Test3. Is there any particular kernel that I can use that alleviates this issue? I was reading that 2.5Test4 was the last kernel that did not have this issue, however i can't seem to find the download on Imoseyon's kernel thread.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

not that i am aware of... this is a common with all GB sense roms/kernels. im sure that will change after the ota,and htc releases the kernel source code. in the mean time,your prolly stuck with slow charge time or the reboot workaround.

if youre not a sense fanatic,try the latest cm7... it charges fast

i got tired of battery and charging issues in general.there is no way for me to make it thru a whole day on a single charge,unless i dont really use my phone

what i did was get a battery dock and 3 extra batteries off of ebay for $22. now i charge a battery and my phone at night while i sleep,and then use my phone how i desire until it dies. i then just pop in a new battery. nice to not have to not worry about plugging in when i need to

Can I get the sense 3.0 lock screen on cm7? That's all I really care about..lol
