Gba emulation on android?

I want to buy Android 2.2 tablet with Via 8650 800Mhz, 256 MB ddr2 I want to learn if it runs gba roms smoothly.

Yeah, you should be fine to run A GBA emulator. Maybe a couple hiccups, but just mess with the settings and run it without sound and it will be playable.
