I just bought a new phone. It has Android Oreo and a pre-installed XOS Launcher (If that's helpful). It had default system keyboard installed.

After installing Gboard on it, I found out that there were no other options other than Emojis and Smileys in the Gboard. No option for adding GIFs or Stickers or anything. It didn't even have a Search Emojis button on the top.

I tried to update and again downgrade the app. Also joined the Beta version of Gboard but nothing really helped.

Here, I'm posting some screenshots:

Anybody else who has the same problem?

I can't see your screenshots, but if I switch to GBoard (built-in keyboard on my phone but not the one I use) and touch the little arrow icon above the keys (to the left of the predictions) I see the word "GIF" and something I take to be a "stickers" icon amongst the options. So to me it looks like those options are there.

I can't comment on how well they work because I've no use for such stuff, but they seem to be there. If what it provides isn't good enough then just try a different keyboard that suits you better.
