I like the gboard because it lets me do these little ( ꈍᴗꈍ) kaomoji things, which is fun. But the spellcheck, despite me disabling it countless times, refuses to actually turn off. I tried clearing the app cache and it worked momentarily, but now the problem is back, and clearing the cache doesn't work anymore.
All of the advice I can find on the topic just suggests using a different keyboard, but I don't want to lose access to the (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) things. Does anyone know of a way to fix this that doesn't involve getting rid of the gboard, or is that my only option?
