Have not received Netfilix codes on Galaxy Tab S2 purchase despite several calls and e-mails -

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 as I was getting a 1 year free Netflix offer. I immediately submitted it after buying in Dec 2015. Got an e-mail from them in 3 weeks that they have all my documents and are processing it. Heard nothing from them for weeks. Then e-mailed the support e-mail and got an answer they are looking it and then nothing happened. I finally found thier number and called them Was on hold for a long time and then spoke with a support person and they stated that in 24 to 48 hours a supervisor will call me. After 4 days and no call or e-mail. Tried calling them again and states that all circuits are busy. called thenm again and after 1 hour reach a representative and they sttae system are down and cannot help. After a few days I tried again and after 1 hour hold time they disconnected my call. Tried again and I was told on March 22 that my application is approved but they had to get new netflix codes. They will let their tier 2 group manage it and I will get the codes in 24 hours. It has been 5 days and no e-mail or call from them. I feel this is a big scam being done by them by Samsung. The offer expires on March 31 and after submitting in Dec 2015 I have still not received my codes!!

It just sounds to me they are a hole in the wall place. Like a shack somewhere with 5 employees. Im sure Samsung hired the cheapest out there to do this and they came in at the lowest bid. We do that sometimes where I work and find the workmanship of the vendor is questionable.
 
My gear VR showed up 45 minutes before I got the shipment info. LOL not sure how that works. Estimated shipping date was the 30th. I feel like they are doing things as cheaply and quickly as possible; the netflix codes might not have even arrived to them yet and if they have they haven't told anyone yet. (but I'm not getting a code as i went through verizon, so idk.)

I'm mostly concerned about damaging my eyes from looking at a screen so close. Theres probably a thread out there about this already so i'll look around.
 
Looks like some people got emails saying they can trade in their VR headset for $100 credit at the Samsung store. Wish they would have sent me that email. A lot of people did BOGO and submitted two claims like I did. I have no need for the second VR headset and would have loved $100 credit to spend on something. Now I have to sell the VR headset on craigslist for reduced price so someone buys it.
 
I purchased an S7 Edge from Verizon and I submitted for the watch 3/22 and yesterday (4/13) the status changed to this "Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and your gift has been processed and is currently in route".
Curious why some submitted earlier and are still waiting for this glimmer of hope.

2 days later the message has changed to "Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and we are currently processing your gift for delivery." WTF
