That's because some people are CoD fanboys and will buy each and every game that has the title "Call of Duty" I enjoyed the CoD series but quit playing after MW2 and I didn't even play it that much. I don't want GoW to follow CoD at all. They have a great game and they need to stick to it instead of following what other people are doing.

Who says/told you that it doesn't? Last I checked, it has brackets in GameBattles and MLG. Those are the two largest tournament for gaming communities. Do some research, you'd prob be surprised what you would actually find. Wikipedia doesn't count.

For professional gaming I'd say it's Halo and Starcraft, and Counter-Strike if you're in Europe. Those are the big ones. Sure they have other brackets in other games, but I don't follow MLG at all and everytime I hear something about it it's either the Halo or Starcraft league.

And Gamebattles doesn't count. It's the same thing as CAL (Cyber Athletic League) back in the Counter-Strike days. Everyone and their mother was in CAL, as well is everyone and their mother is in Gamebattles. Once you're in an invite only league, then you have something to talk about. If you're in an open league, I could care less how many times you win.
