General Mobile E tab -5 (goverment tablet pc for schools) how can ı root ?

goverment gives that tablets for lessons but teachers dont use that tabelts for lessons I want root my tablet but I cant because Goverment locked that tablets for install any app I cant install any app or connect this tablet to pc how can I root please help me ?

Rooting is a very device and often Android version-dependent process.

Is this a "mainstream" (well-known) type of device like a Samsung, HTC, Motorola, etc.?

If so, there is likely a known process for doing that. If not, then it becomes more difficult because there isn't as much published information (methods, support, guidance, etc.) for a lesser-known device.

Also, I urge you to consider and remember that rooting can indeed increase the likelihood of your device becoming inoperative should you do something incorrectly either in the rooting process or with root capabilities afterwards.
