Help Genesis won't turn on!

I just took my brand new genesis off the charger and it will not turn on. While it was cgarging it ended up getting very HOT! Help!

I tryed and tryed to root the genesis When i finiley got it it worked for a wile froze so i tourned it off and when i turned it back on the LG screen gos and then comes the us cell screen and it just stays on the us cell screen any one know why????
