geo fence type app

I am looking for an app, if there is one, that will let me input restaurant locations or any other location for that matter that will let me know if I am ever nearby. Huge fan of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, so I would love my phone to alert me if I am ever near one I wanted to visit.

Not what you are wanting, but this is a darned good Restaurant Finder that works with the GPS relative to your location.

Love it, have found a ton of great places to eat.... it will keep changing what is near as you drive along giving you a constant list of good ones.
