All the links do is take you the given websites. In the case of geocaching you will get a list but will have to log in for details. If the website is not loading that's most likely a problem with your browser. Does the browser work well by itself? Note that you can also load caches via pocket queries....when I open GeoBeagle and select gc.com it never compeletes the load? Any idea why? I have a premium account with gc but it never gets anywhere to ask for login info if that is the issue. The other one Atlas doesn't load either but after about 4 min I can hit the stop and it then gives me a page of results--???
I'm envious! My G1 is hiding in fear behind my jacket.I have the Motorola Droid phone with the sliding keyboard under the touch pad. Not sure the model number, but it was the pricier model! LOL
The Droid has the latest Android OS 2.0 which I have not used, so there might be some incompatibility that has not yet been addressed. The Android world has gotten more crowded with phones and OS versions recently. Are there other browsers, like for your PC? I'd like to try a diff one if so, to see if that is the issue. I can go to my personal webspace and google np, but for some reason gc never loads no matter what?? Kinda odd. But they are always having issues over there.
Never heard of Cachepoir but there are a bunch of geocaching apps on the Market. You could spend a week testing them! My favorite is CacheMate ($10) which has a better searching and filtering than the others. Geodroid ($10) and Geocacher ($15) also work well, and there are several free or beta apps available (GeoBeagle, GCDroid, GeOrg, BCaching, etc.). Groundspeak says they are working on an Android version of their app similar to what's on the iPhone. Note that you can return a paid app from the Market within 24 hours for a refund if you don't like it.How do I use a pq with GeoBeagle? I tried to setup another one I downloaded called Cachepoir. It is supposed to work with a gpx file but although I created folders like it asks for and tried putting the gpx file everywhere it never seems to see it. So, thus far I'm 0 for 2, which is why I'm really leary of paying $15 for the paid one only to have the same flakey results??
