Root German stock ROM needed

[Braxos]

As it says after I used the Dutch 2.3.5 I can't get any stock ROM to switch country. All the time kies thinks I am in Netherlands and not in Germany and it upgrades to the Netherlands 2.3.5 . I bought a Galaxy Note and I am selling the ace to someone and I need to switch back to German ROM.

Any ideas, suggestions ?!

Note:
Device isn't rooted and will not root it.
