No you can't order it from another country.

Unfortunately that is not the case:
Total Memory: ~7GB - internal SD card
Internal Memory: ~1GB - internal storage for applications
RAM 192 MB
(only 96MB available for system - which is rougly the same as T-Mobile G1/HTC Dream or HTC Magic from Vodafone, there is also version of HTC Magic with 288MB RAM)

HTC Dream has no internal SD card and 256MB for appliactions
HTC Magic has also no internal SD card and 512MB is for applications
