huh? i do not understand your question. android 9? android 10? if you do not know your wifi password, you will need to look into your wireless router for it. or call your IP. and the ssid is your network name.
can you give more details on what you want to know? or what your situation is?
What you're attempting to do is not possible, You cannot find out what a password might be by being able to detect a SSID.
The SSID is just an identifier of a WiFi network, and it's a given that a password is a requirement for anyone to receive valid authentication to access that WiFi network. That password is not intrinsically tied a SSID, nor vice-versa -- when anyone sets up a WiFi network, they can name a SSID to their liking and they can use any passord to their liking
(.... well, within established restirctions. i.e. some characters not allowed, or number of character limits.) If you are trying to hack into a WiFi network, your efforts to get its password won't be in its SSID. The authentication routine is done within the source router.
