"Get Google Now" button doesn't work

[PREMIS]

Hey guys,

New poster but have been lurking for awhile.

I just bought a Note 2 about 10 days ago. I added the Google Now widget but can't seem to add it to my phone. If I click the "get google now" button (see pic) it doesnt do anything. Anyone else have this problem?

It's a samsung galaxy note 2 on verizon.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, rxpert. I tried clicking the google app (assuming its the app pictured) and it just opens a google search prompt. Maybe I misunderstood what app to use...

It should give you this page. Try hitting it again and then hit menu and settings to make sure google now is on
