Help get my phone contacts into new tf700t

i've synced google mail and yahoo mail but would like to use tablet talk but NONE of the contacts under "people" has their telephone or address info. Any thoughts. My phone is razr max if i can get the file from it.
 
Hi, if you set your Google account to sync your contacts from your phone and do the same on your infinity your problem should be solved. I don't know your phone so I am assuming it runs android.
