Get normal ringtone back

So I was playing with the media player and used it to make one of my songs the default ring tone. Now I can't figure out how to undo that. When I go into the sound settings and I try to choose a default ringtone, the whole option is greyed out. How do I get back? There's lots of posts on how to change, but can't find a way to undo

If your phone is on vibrate, you won't be able to change the ringtone

Sound is on. Everytime it rings I'm hearing Nirvana's "Teen Spirit." Great song in its own right and I wanted to learn how to do it and I did. But I personally don't like songs as ring tone. It just screams "Look at me! Look what I like!" But I guess thats besides the point . I want my default ring tones back!
