Whats the quickest way to get my old numbers off my old phone. The motorola rokr E8

Part 1 of two: Easiest way would be to go to a Tmobile store and have them load it to your new phone.

still didnt help enough.. now i have double contacts .. doh!! probably will just cave and go to a tmobile store.

In your contact sections there is an option to sync your type of list their is gmail t mobile and sim indirect tmobile and sim also open up the gmail part and select only contacts that should help
