Root Get rid of system enhancement notification

How can I get rid of System update download notification? I am rooted and I have TWRP installed and I have no desire to install a patch or update that will screw up this phone.

Knowing ZTE it is a patch to kill root again so I want nothing to do with it.

Actually if the phone is rooted, it'll just brick it. The only way I know for sure to get rid of that notification permanently is to just flash a custom ROM. Broken and cm13 are both pretty good.

Uncheck the notifications in Google Play Services to stop it from popping up.
