Help get to someone via gps...

dont know if im wording this right, or maybe if im just looking for the wrong thing

last weekend, while trying to meet up with a friend of mine, come to find out we're at different bars, but in the same area. tried calling, but couldnt hear anything due to background noise.

so i became curious this week...is there an app where (again, excuse me if i sound like im struggling to explain this) i use a command, something like "go to Bill", and wether he's 200 yards away at a bar down the street, or across town, the GPS will guide me to him.

If your friend is also using an andriod device you both can use google latitude which will show both of your locations overlaid on a google map. you can use this as a tool to unite.

+1 for Google Latitude. My family uses it and its nice being able to see where everyone is. Was great on our family trip to Disneyland. We could find each other anywhere in the park within a few yards.
