Help gets blue screens, resets, etc.

Hello Members!
New XT925 has been shipped to me from Singapore. It has few problems:
- does not charge correctly, stucks at 56%
- keeps resetting,
- gets blue screens,
- usually does not even start.
Does it seem to be software problem or hardware?

I assume the first thing you did was a Factory data Reset to establish a starting point ... right?

If you did the Factory Data Reset and are having these problems then I assume it needs to be replaced.

Yes, did this, because it did not want to start. Read about factory resets that could help to boot up, so that is my fault. Luckily it is still on guarantee.
