One more thing, does it still apply with the whole charge the phone fully and then let it die the first time matter anymore?

I didn't. I bought the phone while traveling and gave it a full charge when I got home. I try to let it go down to 10 to 20 percent once every couple of months; otherwise, I just charge nightly and pull from the charger when I wake up in the morning.
I think the need for "conditioning" stopped quite a while ago. I never did it with my Bionic or Maxx.

From what I've read the batteries we have now are not like the ones out years ago. There is little to no memory in them. Therefore, charge them like you want as often (or little) as you like. Now I've had batteries that I've given the full cycle to ALL the time (like with my Gnext out of necessity) and batteries like this one that never go below 30ish percent. I see little difference in how the charge cycle affected it.
