Help getting a red circle with the number 2 in it on status bar

hey, ever since installing the swype beta (which sucks on this phone btw) im getting a red cirlce with a number 2 over it in the status bar. Im pretty sure it is related to swype but im not sure what its trying to tell me...any help?

is there any app that takes screen shots so i can post up?

That happens when you have more messages than the bar can hold or you have multiple messages of the same thing. Not sure why that particular program is causing it though.

hmm, im going to kill my msg apps and see if it goes away, could be a coincidence.

and swype is actually really good, only its not supported in landscape mode on the n1 which sucks!!!

Just tilt the phone into landscape mode so there's more room for all the icons on the bar. Works for me anyway.
