Help getting apps to sd card

i hope this isnt a duplicate, i tried to post earlier and i dont see it. i cannot figure out how to install apps to the memory card instead of internal memory. i have moved every thing i can from the phone to the card, and when i try to install, it tells me i dont have enough room when i have plenty on the card. hope someone can help. and i sure hope it doesnt have anything to do with all the root stuff, cuz that is thoroughly confusing me! lol

How are you moving apps to the sdcard?
You should install the apps first, then go into Applications after they are installed, and then move them to SD, or use an app like Apps2sd..

if your rooted rom toolbox give you an apps2sd option and lets you move all your apps to your sd card not just some.
