Getting front camera to work after flashing the CM10 ROM

Hello party people!

I successfully got my front camera to work and it's the easiest thing ever:

1. Download the 4.2 camera .ZIP here !
2. Reboot into recovery.
3. Install the .zip from SD Card!
4. Reboot!

Now when you reboot you should have 2 cameras, The 4.1 camera and the 4.2 camera.

4.2 DOESN'T WORK! It'll force close every time, but guess what? The 4.1 camera DOES work!

I've tested out normal pictures, Panorama, and video! Both galleries work, too!

This, unfortunately, did not work for me :(
 
AH REALLY? that's a shame - If I need to pull the logcats for my phone someone just needs to let me know when to do it and I'll have it up asap.
 
I tried this too. The 4.1 camera app worked fine before, it just doesn't find the front camera. The 4.2 app didn't change anything at all for me, it just added the 4.2 camera that crashed upon opening. The front camera still doesn't work for me though.

A dirty flash on my daily image unfortunately did not work. A clean flash on the A2 rom caused an FC. Could you post a logcat and dmesg taken about 2-3 seconds after the front camera starts in the 4.1 app?
