Getting less impressed with Samsung exchange now...

But the Carphone Warehouse haven't helped either!!

If you phone them to find out what's happening, you get a recorded message saying 'don't bother to hold on, we will contact you, and replacements start from the 19th of September' so I took them at their word and waited... until today.
I bought online so I expected my replacement to come the same way - seemed reasonable - as I live four hours away from the nearest store, that's why I bought online in the first place?

It turns out I have to go to a store, and because I waited, their allocation is finished and it'll be another month before they get more. The 60% charging 'hit' me yesterday so now I can't get through a day either.

Their best option for me was to visit (I did mention the 4 hours again!) or phone and book a phone for next month. I've now phoned six times, hanging on for 6 minutes only to be cut off because they are busy - appauling lack of customer service!

So does Samsung pay my time and petrol? Or replace my glass screen protector?

Try this number.... 0370 111 6565

Explain that distance makes visiting the nearest store impractical and ask for alternatives. Explain that you purchased online due to the distance. In my experience, once the CS peeps grasp the reality of the situation they'll do all they can to make it easy. They're probably dealing with dozens of calls per hour from all over the country.

As above. You'll be surprised what a bit of calm explanation can achieve. :)

Yup, tried that number - 'nothing they can do' 'I need to phone the store and book a swap for the next batch to arrive & then go and collect'

Spoken to 2 different people, same answer.

Still can't get through to the shop either
