Help getting pics back after a factory reset

is there anyway to get back pics that weren't saved to vzw cloud after a factory reset?i lost all my "downloaded" pics to my internal hard drive even tho I assumed vzw cloud would back them up.they did not! any/all help is greatly appreciated!
