Help Getting rid of system update notification

I'm rooted and running tweaked 2.2. How the hell do I get rid of this annoying system update notification. It's driving me crazy! What happens if I actually accept the update. Thanks guys!

Go to the Tweaked 2.2 thread on RootzWiki and look at page 70 of that thread, the dev has released a CWM-flashable ZIP to stop the update notification.

If you actually accept the update, you will get the red exclamation and have to reboot, it will fail, then it will try again in a day or so and continue in that cycle.
