Help Getting S-Off on an already rooted and unlocked phone

So I previously unlocked my HTC Droid Inc 2, but was having trouble flashing Roms. I realize now its because its still S-On. I'm running 2.3.4 and can't downgrade to 2.3.3 because Revolution is not compatible with 6.01.605.05 701RD.
Any tips on making S-off?
