Root Getting Started with ODIN, Roadblocked

I have a Samsung Prevail with FF19. Its been reset to stock by the previous owner.

I followed the guide for dummies and everything seemed to go fine until I got to downloading the file FF19ROOTED.zip (and/or) the ClockWorkMod version of it. I really have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm capable of reading and following directions. I'm pretty sure I'm stuck without these files. I did get the Odin software up, saw the yellow box, etc....Did everything to the point where it wanted me to select the rooted file.

Long Story short, I want to use Cyanogenmod 7 on this phone from boost mobile. I'm starting from scratch. There is a lot of information from 2011 to present and a lot of dead links.

What should I do?

There's the Odin thread. Achieved root using that. Just download the rooted zip.
Then just follow the steps.

And just taking a shot in the dark here but you are using a windows PC to download the files aren't you? Drivers could also be a problem. They can be found in this thread.
