A coworker of mine was just given two Samsung Epic 4G's by her sister. What could i do to these phones to sell them for max profit?

They are both in great condition used for 1 month with case and screen protectors. Id even sya Mint condition.

I own a Captivate on AT&T and I'm not sure how Sprint works. (The whole no sim card thing)

Can I unlock? Can i root? Can i flash new ROMS? What would i do to get good money from them?

are they good ESN? not reported stolen.. and can be activated on sprint's network?

if so.. you can sell it on craigslist.. for $200-275 each.

They are in fact not stolen. They were her sisters, her sister had to drop the plan cause of too much roaming. Sprint broke the contract, go fig.
