Getting the phone tomorrow

HI there! This seems like as good a forum for the Android phones as I have found. I am waiting to get my HTC Hero from Sprint, should be here tomorrow. I am wondering if there is anything I need to know right away to get me going? Any "must have" apps? Thanks and I look forward to participating!
