Help Getting Wallpaper Without A Samsung Account And Other Spam

I just got the phone above this weekend.

It seems like I can't get and select a new wallpaper, without a Samsung account or installing an app with advertisements.

Is there a way around that?

I use zedge for all my wallpapers and ringtones.....no need for a Sammy acct.

Any photo you like can be used as a wallpaper.

Get one, open the gallery app, select the pic, and use the setting 'set as' to use it asa wallpaper.

Thanks for all of the suggestions!

I did a DuckDuckGo on "phone wallpaper", clicked on "images", and saved a few I liked".

After stumbling through many options to spam me and make me pay just to change the wallpaper I finally found a menu option to let me point to those images for the lock and home screen backgrounds.

I had a good impression of Samsung until that point
