Gettting error pop-up

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung Quattro phone.

Some time its getting below error pop-up

"Unfortunatly. the process com.google.process.gaaps has stopped"

Please help what to do on this...and photn getting strucked after this error.

If your phone stays responsive long enough for you to follow this instruction, do the following:

• Goto Settings > Manage apps
• Under ALL, select Download manager (not Downloads)
• Clear Cache and then either Turn on or Enable (exact verbiage depends on Android version)
  -or-
  toggle Off/On state if not already disabled (i.e., after clearing cache, press Turn off/Disable and then Turn on/Enable)

Reboot and test if the issue is resolved. If the problem is very intermittent, you can try opening Google Play store, as a gapps (Google apps) crash will inhibit Play store from functioning properly as well.
