Root Ghosting with asus keyboard dock

I've recently unlocked and rooted my transformer infinity because I could get over there constant lag. Currently currently running clean ROM inheritance 3.3 and with the developer option show touches whenever the dock is connected even with the touch pad turned off there would be a random touch gesture that would appear about in the middle of the screen. Sometimes the home and back key on the tablet fail to work and I would have to turn off the screen and take it off the dock. Anyone know why the dock is doing this? Is the dock incompatible with the rooted ROM or something? Really hope its not the tablet itself and the dock was a major buying factor over most of the other tablets out.

This is the first report I've seen of this particular problem, when the touchpad is turned off. So my GUESS is that it's something to do with the ROM, rather than the hardware.

Assuming you made a backup of the stock ROM (you DID, right?!? :D ) then you could try restoring that to see if that makes the problem go away. If so, then you know the problem is with the ROM.

I'm using CROMI 3.3 also, but I don't have a dock, so no way for me to test the issue.

I'm literally an idiot, i ended up flashing recovery and then i ended up flashing a rom. of all the phones i've had i created a backup of the stock but i dont know why it slipped my mind. I just flashed PA 3.0 and the ghosting still occurs. I have no idea why this is happening. Very frustrating, the slightest touch of the screen would cause ghosting
