Help gingerbread 2.3.6 force closing help!

hey! i am having this problem from when i updated to gb 2.3.4 ! when using the phone it hangs\crashes all of a sudden! i hav to pull out the battery n restart! now m using 2.3.6 it still happens but not as frequently as before (2.3.4)! please help!
