Gingerbread 2.3 Issue-Notifications

Hey...

New to the forum, I downloaded the update last night, everything seems to be working smoothly but there is one issue.

I am currently using Handcent for my text messaging, and it seems I have lost the custom ringtone for my alerts, I have it set to the proper notification in handcent, however in my personalize menu they show only the preloaded sounds as notification alerts, none of my custom MP3's is there a way to fix this?

Are they on your sd card? if so, use ringdroid in the market to set them as not. tones....
