ABSOLUTE-ANDROID

So here are the features that are expected right away and without a shadow of doubt:

Extremely intutitve interface (Duarte Differentiator)[Go check out new CAR HOME APP that GOOGLE pushed into the market with a purpose to decouple the important apps from the OS itself.
That UI is some hint towards GINGERBREAD.
FADED wallpaper behind the whole app.
Big translucent icon place holders (which eventually would be small for app menu).
Customizable ICON COLORS (very vibrant and it really changes the whole app UI and its interesting and really looks slick)]

GPU Acceleration (Remember Fire Side conversation in Google I/O 2010?)

Google Music Service (Simplify Media Acquisition)

NON DRM music sync OTA (Simplify Media Acquisition)

Music Player Enhancement (Most of the codecs would be supported @ OS level)

Ravishing Key Board (Blind Type acquisition)

WebM and WebP support in the browser (Open Standard Declaration)

Video Chat (Probably only feature that would do catching up with Face Time)

Enhanced Casual Gaming (Pixie lab acquisition & Andy Rubin's affirmation in latest interview )

Enhanced Google Voice Integration ( Google Voice accessible in browser )

Camera Enhancements (720p @ OS level & in-browser camera support)

Refreshed Android Market

Refreshed Android Market WebSite (for over-the-air app & music download)

Social Network Enhancement (All the Social Network acquisition will come into play [May be a hint of Google ME])

Probably Flag Ship Model(Motorola possibly) for GB to again derive the market standards, the same thing they did with Nexus. And possibly a give away like @ I/O 2010

Looks like we're finally getting GPU acceleration, with some other goodies :D

Once they start pragramming the OS to take advantage of the hardware it's really going to fly. My Samsung Fascinate is already "technically" more beefy than the desktop computer I owned in 2001, wonder what the performance will look like when we get dual core CPU's and beefier GPU's to boot?

From what i heard ( i may be wrong) only phones that have at least a 1ghz processor will be allowed to run this. True?
