Is this a leak? Wouldn't it have to be because the kernal can not be changed for a port? They way p3droid talked it seemed more than Froyo with gingerbread theme.

Not leaked as of right now, but hopefully we will see it soon. P3 is the one who leaked Froyo.. so I'm sure we will see some leaked Gingerbread goodies

A researcher at North Carolina State University has discovered yet another Android Browser exploit that affects the new Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and previous versions. "Our finding here is that the patch contained in Android 2.3 is not an ultimate fix and can still be bypassed. We have a proof-of-concept exploit with a stock Nexus S phone and are able to successfully exploit the vulnerability to steal potentially personal information from the phone."

The exploit is capable of reading and writing files from an Android's sdcard or system partition as well as uploading user data over the internet.

Yeah I saw his tweets earlier, im assuming he either has a leaked version or someone he knows has a leaked/test version? Either way I say its great news! Sounds like its really made the phone a ton better from his tweets.
