Root Gingerbread No-Sense Rom apps needed

Hi All,

I just installed F1 Gingerbread V3

I love how stripped down it is, no crap installed anywhere, so i can customise to my hearts content.

But i am missing a couple of things, and am after recommendations (paid or free)

1/Missing Slide to snooze.
2/The nice HTC calendar monthly view widget.
3/HTC weather widget

Lastly, what is the correct folder structure for ringtones/music/text alerts/ alarm noises?

Cheers

Grrrrrrrrrrr. Its not a proper rom. Its by a kid who took devnull by adamG, ran it trhough dsixda kitchen and called himself a Dev, whilst taking donations for his "work" (which literally consists of picking a few options from a menu)

Grrr

1) Try an alternative alarm clock from the market?
2) Beutiful widgets or fancy widgets
3) as 2)

They are in

/system/media/
then
/ringtones
/notifications
/alarms

You can create these 3 folders anywhere on teh sd card and they should be picked up.

Thanks for that, I stand corrected, I have used Modoco online kitchen before, but the kitchen you mention doesn't support windows, so i guess this kid did me a favour and created the rom i would have cooked for myself.
But if he's taking credit for someone elses work, then that is plain wrong.

It does work in windows. He hasn't "cooked" anything. All he has done is add nanotext editor and zipaligned it and added a couple of mods from someone else.

good roms to try are miui xj, redux2, dGB, oxygen, cm7.

they aren't sense though, but I prefer that. dGB is lightest.
miui and cm7 are more feature rich

cheers
