so i have someone ask me to root their phone for them tonight.so just for 5h!ts and giggles i asked them to download and install GINGERBREAK,then run it and let me know if it works..and INDEED IT DID!so anyone with a Optimus M 2.2.1 should try the gingerbreak FIRST before trying to root the "HARD WAY"via LGNPST.hope this helps!
